1. This product is a multi-patent technology product specially developed to meet the needs of cutting small pipes commonly used on construction sites;
2. It can meet the one-time clamping and cutting requirements of pipes with a length of 6m on the construction site;
3. In order to facilitate the movement of the construction site, the main chassis of the pipe cutting machine is made into 3 sections, and the length of each section is 2.3m after disintegration. The disassembly and docking recovery are very simple and convenient;
4. The whole machine can be easily disassembled into 6 parts including three-stage chassis, control cabinet with chuck and feeding function, cutting head, middle support, etc. Each part is fully designed for ease of combination and accuracy after combination Structure;
5. In order to prevent the sagging of the 6m-long small pipe, a simple centering and centering middle clamping support device is equipped. Continued feeding of the cabinet;
6. Both the middle clamping device and the cutting head adopt the device that moves relative to the center and synchronously to ensure the neutrality of the pipe to the chuck every time the pipe is clamped and the pipes of various sizes are clamped;
7. Install the cutting gun on the above-mentioned synchronously moving device, and the cutting gun rises and falls with it, so that the height of the cutting gun nozzle away from the pipe wall, after one-time adjustment, does not need to be changed due to pipe clamping and pipe size. It needs to be adjusted again for better ease of use;
8. The devices that move relative to the center and synchronously are equipped with bearing universal balls. The bearing universal balls are used to support and clamp the pipe, which can well ensure that the pipe can rotate normally and axially under the condition of being clamped. move;
9. Two sets of universal balls are arranged correspondingly in each place to prevent the phenomenon that the universal ball enters the groove and causes the clamping failure when a certain specification of long groove is cut;
10. Near the cutting gun. The dust baffle is designed to pollute the universal ball by cutting dust, so as to reduce the pollution of cutting dust to the universal ball and improve its reliability and service life;

   4. What shall we do if don't know how to operate your machine?
We have detail installing and operating instructions attached, also comes with video.Our after sale service hot line will be available for 24H everyday.
   5. What other things are also needed after we buying your machines?
(1) You need to prepare for oxygen and fuel gas if you want to cut by flame
(2) You need to prepare plasma power and air compressor if you want to cut by plasma.We also can procure these periphery devices for you,but you need to additionally pay for them.
   6. What are your payment terms?
We support T/T, L/C, Western Union and so on. Other ways may also be acceptable after we both sides appropriately discussed and agreed.
   7. What if we have any problem with the machine? 
We will get back to you with solutions with maxmum of 12 hours after receiving your description of what the problem is.During the warranty period(generally 12 months), in case faulty material found at our discretion we will be responsible to repair or change.This clause does not provide coverage for lost or destroyed materials.
